Women should describe themselves as “sweet” while studs would do well to emphasis their physical fitness and passion

Single women looking for love online should describe themselves as sweet, ambitious or thoughtful while dudes should emphaisis their passion, optimism and phsyical fitness, according to a fresh probe.

Research on more than 12,000 profiles on a dating website has exposed the best words to use when attempting to attract the opposite lovemaking.

The data displayed that women describing themselves as sweet, ambitious or thoughtful were more likely to see boys initiate conversations with them.

Fellows who mention some form of physical fitness, or described themselves as perceptive, sultry or optimistic also witnessed more approaches.

The word ‘funny’ generated insterest from both masculine and female daters.

The examine also exposed that women are more interested in what fellows have to say for themselves, not just their looks – being more likely to consider a man based on his description rather than his picture.

Words used on a profile were shown to have a much broader influence on women’s decision to treatment than it did on fellows, according to the research.

Jemima Wade, of eHarmony.co.uk, said: “Whilst the research shows certain words serve to grab fellow daters’ attention, at eHarmony we know that daters are looking for quality dates every time.

“And that takes more than just a few words, it’s about finding someone with the same values, who instantly gets you.”

Fellows who described themselves as physically fit or perceptive attracted inbetween 60 per cent and 70 per cent more interest from women who wished to get to know them better.

Women who said they were sweet, ambitious or funny women spotted inbetween 20 per cent and 45 per cent more approaches.

8. Optimistic (+17%) / Thoughtful (+21%)
