Congratulations on creating the most confusing sign ever. I want diet food, I want to get things, I want know who much it costs. How do I get food and who do I stop it if it doesn',t work, oh and when can I begin. What else is there to know. I am a 25 year old. 22 weeks ago I began weight watchers. Lost 37.8 pounds so far. The plan is effortless and if anything it is hard to eat all my points daily. The meetings are fairly women minded but there is always something I get out of each meeting.

I am 66 y.o. and have had med. problems cracked spine and two fresh knees. I can not do much but I did liberate 32 pounds in 2007 . My wifey was a member and never could liberate any weight. So I embarked using her paper work , point system etc. Now I need help again I am back up to 310 pounds . My wifey died of bone cancer Four months ago . she gave her papers away . I need help on the weight point system and how much I can eat and still liberate per day. I can only work my upper figure , do you have any ideas . Thanks Robert

Very much like Spark People, except instead of counting calories, you’re counting points. Nice graphics, and I do like the info on eating out and the available recipes online.
Fattest Gripe: For the money, the least Weight Watcher’s could do is hire someone to inject the data for their own boxed meals, as well as other products. Having to inject in the info endlessly is annoying. With Spark People, it was free, so injecting in the info wasn’t an issue. But if I’m paying a chuck of switch a month, the least you can do is make my logging lighter by having YOUR OWN PRODUCTS as well as those very near to yours already entered so I don’t always have to have the box, bottle, whatever around to figure out the point value.

Is Weight Watchers a lifestyle switch or just a weight loss plan that has to be revisited? a lot of people here say “When i restarted WW” . so i can’t help but ask, is this a lifestyle switch or is it a reocurring weight loss program. I want to lost 10-15 lbs and stay in form, and not have to come back to lose 10-15 lbs again later.

I HAVE RECENTLY HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY IM BACK TO WALKING AND Railing A BIKE BUT NEED TO LOSE 150 POUNDS. I LOST 131 POUNDS A FEW YEARS BACK BUT HAVE GAINED IT ALL BACK. IT IS MUCH Firmer THIS TIME AROUND.

Are the point allowances for dudes different from the point allowances for women?I realize that guys and women are different but are the points allowance different for dudes at say 180 than a woman at 180?

WW is not a fraud. I went back to WW in December 27, 2009. As of today I have lost 27 pounds since that date. Im extemely blessed. Im an African American masculine 38 years. My aim is to lose a total of 80 pounds. I have 53 to go. No set date on when I will reach the aim but I will stay prayful. AA masculines lets get our health together.
